Elevate beef burgers with canned mushrooms and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 pound ground beef
Instructions:
  • Fire up the grill to a perfect medium-high temperature and give the grate a light coat of oil.
  • Combine egg, garlic, salt, and mushrooms in a bowl. Incorporate ground beef until well blended, then shape mixture into three patties.
  • Grill the burgers to your preferred doneness, about 5 to 7 minutes per side for well done, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 160°F (70°C).
