- 0.5 lemon, zested and juiced
- 0.5 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, 5 garlic scapes, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and garlic with a fork until well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with remaining garlic scape and toasted pecans for garnish.
