Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 ounce) package BUITONI® Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini
  • 6 raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
  • 0.5 cup BUITONI® Refrigerated All Natural Pesto with Basil
  • 0.5 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons BUITONI® Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
  • Cook pasta as instructed on the package.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp, oil, and garlic, stirring often, until shrimp are pink. Take off the heat.
  • Combine cooked pasta with vibrant pesto, ensuring every strand is coated in the flavorful sauce. Gently mix in sun-dried tomatoes and fragrant basil leaves. Finish by elegantly topping it off with succulent shrimp and a generous sprinkle of cheese.
