Spooky and simple Halloween biscuits ready in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg white
  • 200g butter
  • 75.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 117.98 gm honey
  • 562.50 ml plain flour
  • 250g pure icing sugar
  • 31.50 gm lemon juice
  • Cake Mate black decorating gel
Instructions:
  • Cream together butter, icing sugar mixture, and honey until light and fluffy. Mix in plain flour until a dough comes together. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 160°C. Roll out the dough to 3-4mm thickness and cut out ghost shapes using a paper template. Use a piping nozzle to create a hole at the top of each ghost. Place on baking trays lined with parchment paper and chill for 15 minutes. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Allow the ghosts to cool completely before decorating with icing.
  • Mix together egg white, pure icing sugar, and lemon juice until well combined. Spread the mixture over the biscuits. Use Cake Mate black decorating gel to create eyes and a mouth on the biscuits. Hang the biscuits using fishing line.
