Ghostly PEEPS® Brownies

Indulge in spooky chocolate brownies for Halloween fun!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 2/3 cup white vanilla baking chips, if desired
  • 3/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 16 PEEPS® marshmallow ghosts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F and generously spray the bottom of an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Spread the batter in a pan and sprinkle baking chips evenly over the top.
  • Follow the baking instructions on the box for an 8-inch square pan. Let it cool for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before adding frosting.
  • Frost the brownies, cut into 16 squares, and top each with a marshmallow.
