Impress at your fundraiser with these decadent giant chocolate freckles.
Ingredients:
  • 180g block dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200g block milk chocolate, chopped
  • 82.50 ml hundreds and thousands
Instructions:
  • Prepare 4 baking trays with parchment paper. Put the dark and milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon.
  • Drop 1 level tablespoon of chocolate mixture onto each prepared tray four times to create 4 rounds. Gently tap the tray on the counter to shape the rounds into large circles, then generously sprinkle hundreds and thousands to cover.
  • Continue the process with the remaining chocolate mixture and sprinkles. Allow to set for 2 hours or until firm. Serve and enjoy.
