Whip up a quick and easy Mars Bar chocolate party cake with just 4 ingredients in 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 6 x 53g Mars bars, coarsely chopped, plus 1 extra, sliced
  • 160g butter, chopped
  • 210g (6 cups) Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles
  • 180g pkt milk chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Place a layer of baking paper at the bottom of a 1.1L (5 cup) fluted pan or bowl.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the chopped Mars bars with butter over low heat. Stir until well combined (note: the mixture will not become entirely smooth).
  • In a large bowl, create a well in the center of the Rice Bubbles. Pour the Mars bar mixture over them and mix until fully combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into the pan or bowl, pressing gently against the sides. Fill the center while piling to the top, then press gently to compact and hold the mixture together.
  • Refrigerate the crackle cake for 6 hours, or until fully set (note: the center may appear set earlier, but needs the full 6 hours to completely set).
  • Using a flat-bladed knife, delicately loosen the cake from the pan edges, then transfer to a serving plate and discard the paper from the base. Pour half of the melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with extra Mars bar slices. Drizzle the remaining chocolate. Slice into wedges before serving.
