Easy and refreshing cocktail with fruity aroma and touch of mint, perfect for a summer night.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 medium seedless watermelon, rind removed, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 1500.00 ml ice cubes, coarsely crushed
  • 310ml (about 1 1/4 cups) gin
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Skewer 3 watermelon pieces on each bamboo skewer, making a total of 12 skewers. Blend the rest of the watermelon in a food processor until smooth.
  • Pass the watermelon puree through a fine sieve into a large jug. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
  • In a food processor, blend watermelon juice, ice, and gin until smooth. Divide the mixture into serving glasses and garnish with mint. Add skewers for a decorative touch before serving.
