Irresistibly hot gin spin on classic hot toddy.

Ingredients:

60ml gin
57.20 gm honey
42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
2 whole star anise
Cinnamon sticks, to serve
Thinly sliced lemon, to serve
Thinly sliced red apple, to serve

Instructions:

Split the gin evenly between two glasses then mix in 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, and one whole star anise into each glass. Pour 125ml (1/2 cup) of warm water into each glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for stirring, lemon slices, and thinly sliced red apple. Serve and enjoy!
