Elevate the classic gin fizz with a fruity twist! Swap out soda water for lemon soda and add a dollop of raspberry jam for a burst of flavor. Customize by adding more jam for an extra raspberry kick.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml ice cubes
  • 30ml gin
  • 250ml (1 cup) lemon soda
  • 1 heaped tsp raspberry jam
  • Lemon slice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Fill a serving glass with ice. Pour in the gin and lemon soda. Mix in the jam. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
