Whip up a refreshing, zesty drink for entertaining on hot days. Just add ice and serve as guests arrive.
Ingredients:
  • 262.50 gm lime juice
  • 250.00 ml bourbon whisky
  • 2 x 1.1 litre bottles dry ginger ale, chilled
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 6 fresh mint sprigs
  • Lime slices to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large jug, mix together lime juice, bourbon, and dry ginger ale.
  • In 6 x 1 1/2-cup-capacity glasses, add ice cubes and lime slices. Pour the dry ginger ale mixture into each glass and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy!
