Create a sensational stir-fry for a perfect meal.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml oyster sauce
  • 40.00 ml kecap manis
  • 40.00 ml Chinese cooking wine
  • 20.00 ml finely grated ginger
  • 36.40 gm peanut oil
  • 500g Beef Blade Steak, thinly sliced
  • 450g fresh hokkien noodles
  • 4 spring onions, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 1 bunch baby pak choy, coarsely chopped
  • 120g bean sprout
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • In a small jug, mix together the oyster sauce, kecap manis, wine, chili, garlic, and ginger.
  • In a hot wok, brown the beef in batches in half of the oil, about 2-3 minutes per batch. Transfer to a plate.
  • Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soak for 1 minute, then use a fork to loosen and separate the noodles before draining.
  • Heat up the remaining oil in a hot wok. Stir in the spring onion and pak choy, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they are tender.
  • Add the beef back to the wok with the sauce mixture, noodles, and sprouts. Stir-fry until everything is heated through and well combined. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with coriander before serving.
