Easy cucumber salad with refreshing ginger flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 0.5 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger paste (such as Gourmet Garden™)
  • 1 teaspoon toasted black sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Peel the cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Slice each half into 1/4-inch slices and combine with red onion slices in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  • Combine vinegar, sugar, and ginger paste in a small bowl, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and mix thoroughly. Gently fold in sesame seeds, then chill in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour to enhance the flavors.
