Fruit-infused cream cheese dip bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 pears
  • 2 red apples
  • 2 golden apples
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds, toasted and finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, yogurt, honey, and grated gingerroot until smooth. Gently mix in the pineapple. Chill in the fridge for around 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
  • Combine fresh orange juice with crisp, refreshing water. Slice juicy pears and crunchy apples. Soak the pears and apples in the vibrant orange juice mixture, allowing the flavors to meld before gently draining.
  • Before serving, generously scatter sliced almonds over the luscious cream cheese mixture. Enjoy alongside crisp slices of pears and apples.
