Whip up a refreshing yogurt dip with ginger and mint, perfect for pairing with fresh fruit - ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 12 bamboo skewers (6 inch)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups melon cubes (cantaloupe and/or honeydew)
Instructions:
  • Whisk dip ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • Thread 3 raspberries and 2 melon cubes onto each skewer and serve with dip.
