Elevate your yogurt dip with zesty ginger and rich caramel, perfect for dipping fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 to 2 teaspoons caramel fat-free topping
  • 1 tablespoon chopped crystallized ginger
  • 4 medium unpeeled eating apples or pears, each cut into 12 slices
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip the cream cheese until creamy. Mix in the yogurt and 1/4 cup of the topping until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chilled.
  • Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl. Drizzle 1 to 2 teaspoons of topping over it, then use the tip of a knife to create a swirl. Sprinkle with ginger and serve alongside apple and pear slices.
