Easy and flavorful cranberry sauce with fresh ginger and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions:
  • In a pot over medium heat, combine water and sugar, bringing to a gentle boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cranberries, ginger, and cinnamon stick, ensuring the mixture comes back to a boil, about 5 minutes or until cranberries start to pop. Transfer the sauce to a shallow container and chill in the refrigerator until cold, approximately 3 hours.
