Juicy marlin steaks seared in garlic butter sauce, finished with fresh tomato, basil, Greek olives, and crumbled feta cheese for a Mediterranean twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, divided
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, divided
  • 3 tomatoes, cubed
  • 4 ounces fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium pot over medium-low heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter with 1 teaspoon of garlic. Add tomatoes, basil, and lime juice. Lower the heat to low right before the mixture starts boiling.
  • Melt the rest of the butter in a small pot, then combine it with the remaining garlic.
  • Place the swordfish in a baking pan and generously drizzle with flavorful garlic butter.
  • Place the fish in the preheated oven and bake for a total of 14 minutes, flipping it halfway through, until it easily flakes with a fork.
  • Drizzle the tomato mixture over the fish and generously ladle over the flavorful pan juices before serving.
