Easy Teriyaki-Glazed Parsnips: delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound parsnips, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cover parsnips with water and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium-low heat until tender for about 15 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly before cutting into 2 1/2-inch sticks.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted. Add sugar and parsnips, tossing to coat. Pour in teriyaki sauce and cook, stirring constantly, until absorbed, approximately 5 minutes.
