Simple grilled salmon fillets with a sweet and tangy brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 6 (3 ounce) fillets salmon fillets, thawed
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, blend together brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Marinate salmon fillets in a shallow glass dish with half of the marinade. Save the rest of the marinade for later. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cooking.
  • Heat up the outdoor grill until it reaches medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove and discard the marinade from the glass dish.
  • Grill salmon, basting with marinade, until flaky, 4 to 6 minutes.
