Maple-glazed salmon fillets marinated in a flavorful blend of maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic, then baked to perfection for a simple yet sophisticated dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound salmon
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Cut the salmon into 4 equal-sized fillets, then place them in a shallow glass baking dish and generously coat them with a delectable maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, remembering to turn them once halfway through for optimal flavor infusion.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Put the baking dish in the oven that has been preheated and bake the salmon without covering until the flesh can be easily flaked with a fork, around 20 minutes.
  • Savor the delicious flavors!
