Easy baked maple-glazed salmon with dill, soy sauce, and garlic for a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound salmon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, dill, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl and blend well.
  • Take the salmon and place it in a shallow baking dish. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the salmon to coat it. Cover the dish and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, remembering to turn it once.
  • Roast the salmon in the oven without a cover until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 25 minutes.
