Indulge in the joy of homemade apple crisp with our Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Mix!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Immaculate Baking Co.™ Gluten Free Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 6 large apples, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks (about 8 cups)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, oats, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter and water until mixture is crumbly. Let it sit.
  • Place apples in baking dish, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, toss gently to distribute, drizzle with caramel topping, then sprinkle with cookie mixture.
  • Bake until topping is golden brown and apples are tender, about 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
