Delicious gluten-free waffles with almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chocolate chips that kids love.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 0.5 cup vanilla Greek-style yogurt
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your waffle iron following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Combine milk, yogurt, butter, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth in a bowl.
  • Combine gluten-free flour, chocolate chips, oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir in the milk mixture until fully combined. Allow batter to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Ladle batter onto the hot iron and bake until beautifully golden and crispy following the manufacturer's guidance, for approximately 3 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and continue with the rest of the batter.
