Ingredients:
  • 100g sliced gluten-free ham, chopped
  • 125g can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 35g plain flour
  • 1 Free Range Egg, lightly whisked
  • 41.20 gm milk
Instructions:
  • Combine the ham, corn, spring onion, flour, egg, and milk in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until well blended. Season with your favorite seasonings.
  • 1. Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add four 1/4-cup (60ml) portions of the egg mixture to the pan and gently flatten with a spatula. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to slightly cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
