Indulge in a delicious gluten-free cheesy pizza using Bisquick® Gluten Free mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried basil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce
  • 1 cup bite-size pieces favorite meat or vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Combine Bisquick mix, Italian seasoning, water, oil, and eggs until smooth; spread mixture in the pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the crust develops a cracked appearance.
  • Spread a generous layer of flavorful pizza sauce evenly over the crust, then generously pile high-quality meat and cheese on top for a scrumptious pizza creation.
  • Continue baking until the cheese is completely melted, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes longer.
