Gluten-free pizza dough

Gluten-free pizza dough that never fails.
Ingredients:
  • 625.00 ml gluten-free pizza and pastry flour (we used Orgran brand)
  • 7g sachet dried instant yeast
  • Pinch salt
  • 250.00 gm warm water
Instructions:
  • Begin by sifting flour into a bowl, then adding yeast and salt. Stir to combine before making a well in the center and adding water and oil. Mix into a soft dough. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Allow it to stand in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the dough doubles in size.
  • Punch down dough using your fist, then knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Divide the dough in half.
