Low-carb keto pizza dough recipe

Whip up gluten-free pizza dough with just 4 simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 140g (1 1/3 cups) coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 55g (1/2 cup) almond meal
  • 40.00 gm cream cheese
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the grated mozzarella, almond meal, and cream cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until melted and well combined. Quickly add the egg and vigorously mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined.
  • Preheat the oven to 200/180C fan forced. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to line a 32cm pizza tray. Remove the top sheet of baking paper and transfer the dough to the tray with the bottom sheet still attached. Prick the dough with a fork and bake for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  • Slide the pizza from the tray onto parchment paper. Flip it back onto the tray to cook the other side until golden, approximately 5 minutes. Finish by adding your favorite pizza toppings.
