Make gluten-free, low-carb keto taco shells with baked Cheddar for a tasty twist on tacos.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • Cover the wooden spoon handle with aluminum foil and place it between two tall cans for support.
  • On the lined baking sheets, create four 6-inch circles using the Cheddar cheese, making sure to leave a 2-inch space between each circle.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese melts and becomes lightly browned. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then lift with a spatula and drape over the wrapped wooden handle to form a taco shell shape. Let it cool until set, approximately 10 minutes.
