Quick and easy low-carb keto omelet with Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese, and green onions, perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces Black Forest ham, chopped
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large skillet by generously spraying or greasing it before heating it over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour mixture into a heated skillet, swirling to cover the bottom evenly. Cover and cook until eggs are set, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle Swiss cheese, ham, and green onions on top. Fold the omelet in half over the fillings and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
