Effortlessly whip up delightful gluten-free sugar cookies using Betty Crocker™ cake mix. Customize with colorful sugar toppings for a festive treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (15 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Colored sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients, except colored sugar, in a large bowl until dough forms.
  • Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, then place them 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten the balls with the bottom of a glass dipped in colored sugar.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until firm, then let them cool for 2 minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
