Indulge in this quick and delightful dish – perfection on a plate!
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
  • 500g beef mince
  • 575g jar napoletana pasta sauce
  • 500g potato gnocchi
  • 62.50 ml grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a hot frying pan, sauté onions in oil until softened. Stir in minced meat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned. Pour in pasta sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  • Cook the gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to package instructions until tender, then drain.
  • Combine the gnocchi with the mince mixture and stir occasionally for 1 to 2 minutes until heated. Top with cheese before serving.
