Indulgent vegan white chocolate chip cookies with applesauce, coconut oil, and cocoa powder for a decadent, moist treat everyone will love.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup coconut oil
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegan white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine coconut oil, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Gradually add applesauce and blend, then mix in vanilla extract.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate this flour mixture into the bowl with the coconut oil mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
  • Shape the dough into compact 2-inch balls and arrange them neatly on the baking sheet.
