Ingredients:
  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 0.25 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 pears - peeled, cored and sliced
  • 8 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Lay out baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil or melted butter. Top each slice with a pear slice, crumble cheese over them, then sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Bake until pears are golden and cheese is melting, about 12-15 minutes in preheated oven.
