Grand Marnier coffee with orange cream

Cozy up with a creamy, orange-infused cocktail. Perfect for chilly evenings.
Ingredients:
  • 50.00 ml freshly ground coffee
  • 750ml (3 cups) boiling water
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 30ml Grand Marnier liqueur
  • Extra grated orange rind, to serve
Instructions:
  • Pour the coffee into a 1L (4-cup) coffee plunger, add water, and let it brew for 3-4 minutes. Then, press down the plunger gently.
  • Whisk cream and orange rind in a small bowl using a balloon whisk until soft peaks form.
  • Pour the Grand Marnier evenly into 2 heatproof serving glasses. Fill the glasses with coffee. Gently spoon the cream mixture over the coffee. Garnish with extra orange rind before serving.
