Indulge in a gourmet pizza featuring a surprising combo of cheese and sweet Menindee grapes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 150g pkts Traditional Pizza Bases
  • 27.30 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
  • 330g (2 cups) Menindee grapes, halved
  • 3 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 60g blue cheese
  • 180g ctn Fresh Bocconcini, halved
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C. Arrange the pizza bases on 2 baking trays. Brush each base with a touch of oil, then sprinkle them with sea salt.
  • In a bowl, mix grapes, rosemary, and remaining oil. Spread over the bases. Sprinkle with blue cheese, top with bocconcini and pine nuts. Bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese melts and bases are crispy.
