Grape and yoghurt toffee pots

Juicy grapes in sweet yogurt with a crispy toffee shell.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 300g ctns Dairy Honey Cinnamon Yoghurt
  • 500g seedless green grapes, picked
  • 140g (2/3 cup) caster sugar
  • 40.00 ml toasted slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Spoon the yoghurt evenly into six 185ml (3/4-cup) capacity shallow heatproof dishes.
  • Layer the grapes neatly over the yogurt.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the sugar over medium-low heat, stirring often, until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drizzle toffee over grapes, sprinkle with almonds, and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
