Delicious breakfast idea for a sweet start to your day.
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g honey reduced fat yoghurt
  • 7.50 gm cornflour
  • 500g crimson seedless grapes
  • Brown sugar, to sprinkle
  • 40.00 ml flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, vanilla essence, and cornflour until smooth and well combined using a balloon whisk.
  • Layer half of the grapes at the bottom of a 1-liter baking dish. Pour the yogurt mixture over the grapes. Top with the remaining grapes. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is set.
  • Top generously with brown sugar and scatter the almonds. Allow it to cool a bit before serving warm.
