Grape caterpillars and lizards

Delightful and fun party idea for kids.
Ingredients:
  • 27 green seedless grapes
  • 27 red seedless grapes
  • 40.00 ml ready-made vanilla frosting
  • 12 large blue cachous
  • 6 small strawberries
  • 12 Milk Chocolate Bits
Instructions:
  • Create caterpillars: Thread 6 green grapes onto a skewer, following the picture. Repeat this twice to make 2 more green grape skewers. Do the same with red grapes to create 3 skewers total. Fill a small snap-lock bag with frosting, cut a corner, and pipe 2 dots onto the last grape of each skewer. Gently press cachous onto the icing to create eyes.
  • For the Lizard Treat: Trim the top 5mm off each strawberry and remove. Thread 3 green grapes onto a skewer, then add 1 strawberry with the rounded side at the bottom. Repeat twice to create 2 more green grape skewers. Do the same with red grapes and strawberries to make 3 more skewers. Pipe 2 dots of frosting onto the end of each strawberry, then gently press chocolate bits onto the frosting to make eyes. Serve and enjoy!
