Succulent roasted chicken casserole with veggies, stuffing, and rich gravy - a quick, hearty, and satisfying dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) roasted chicken
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar turkey gravy
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pull the chicken into small, easy-to-eat pieces, ensuring you get as much meat as you want, and transfer it to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine the corn and carrots, drizzle with both chicken and turkey gravy, thoroughly mix, and generously sprinkle stuffing to cover.
  • Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes.
