Create a custom marinade for a flavorful vegetable medley.
Ingredients:
  • 200g tub taramasalata
  • 125.00 ml marinated chilli peppers (see note)
  • 125.00 ml marinated kalamata olives
  • 12 dolmades (see note)
  • Grilled lavash or pita bread, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • 187.50 ml fresh oregano leaves
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 250g Greek feta, sliced
  • 125g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into chunks
Instructions:
  • Make a flavorful dressing by blending oregano, garlic, oil, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of warm water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Toss feta, tomato, and cucumber in the dressing, then serve on a platter with the rest of the ingredients.
