Marinated Greek feta

Create homemade marinated feta for antipasto, salads, or Greek pizzas.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Greek feta
  • 341.25 gm olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried Greek oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 500g marinated kalamata olives
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cube the feta into 2cm pieces and place them in a spacious ceramic dish. In a pitcher, mix together oil, pepper, oregano, and bay leaf. Pour the mixture over the feta. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight, or longer if possible.
  • Present the feta on mezze platters alongside olives, skordalia, and crusty bread.
