Elevate any gathering with versatile homemade antipasto, a Mediterranean favorite that adds flair to barbecues, parties, picnics, and sandwiches!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp spicy Italian blend dried herbs
  • 2 tsp whole fresh rosemary leaves
  • 200g feta, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 2 small dried bay leaves
  • Olive oil
Instructions:
  • Clean a 2-cup jar and lid thoroughly with hot soapy water, rinse with hot water, and allow it to air dry upside-down until fully dry.
  • Combine peppercorns, dried herbs, rosemary, and feta in a bowl, gently stirring to mix. Mix in bay leaves. Transfer mixture to a jar, then pour enough oil to cover the feta. Seal the jar and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 days to enhance the flavors.
