Hearty garbanzo bean salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, and zesty dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 red onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 ounce crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  • In a large serving bowl, toss together beans, cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, feta cheese, salad dressing, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper for a vibrant and flavorful salad.
  • Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve cold.
