Whip up a flavorful hummus with garlic, garbanzo beans, and sesame seeds!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Cook the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes until tender in a medium saucepan.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine garbanzo beans and about 1 teaspoon of reserved liquid. Blend until smooth. Add garlic, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Adjust consistency by adding more reserved liquid if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
