Effortlessly create delicious Greek-style pork: season tenderloin, add peperoncini peppers, slow cook, then enjoy on hoagie rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin, fat trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®), or more to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers (such as Mezzetta®)
Instructions:
  • Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker, generously season with Greek seasoning, and pour the entire jar of peperoncini peppers with their juice over the pork. Cook on High for 4 hours.
  • Use 2 forks to pull apart the tender pork and let it simmer for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
