Greek-style three-cheese cauliflower pizza with a refreshing chilled sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 CAULIPOWER® Three Cheese Pizza
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber
  • 0.25 cup light sour cream
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine the cucumber, sour cream, dill, oregano, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate.
  • Take the pizza out of the packaging and remove the cardboard. Add red pepper, feta cheese, and olives on top of the pizza. Place sliced tomato on top and sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Bake until golden in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  • After baking, garnish the pizza with red onion, basil, and Greek sauce before serving.
