Greek-inspired turkey meatloaf with feta, oregano, and garlic for a fresh twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 tablespoon onion powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine ground turkey, crumbled feta cheese, eggs, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer to a loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the center reaches 165°F (74°C), about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, pour off any juices, and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing.
