Greek-style chicken with tzatziki

Delicious and simple chicken dish.
Ingredients:
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 8 chicken thigh fillets, trimmed
  • 250g tzatziki dip, to serve
  • Potato wedges, to serve
  • Green salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a shallow ceramic dish, mix together oil, garlic, oregano, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then add the chicken and coat it well. Refrigerate covered for 30 minutes, if possible.
  • Heat a greased barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Arrange the chicken on plates and accompany it with tzatziki, potato wedges, salad, and lemon wedges for a delightful presentation.
