Simplify and amplify flavors with this 5-ingredient gem.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 250g pkts Garlic Prawns, thawed
  • 270g packet Greek Salad
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, coarsely chopped
  • 250.00 ml fresh continental parsley leaves
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, cook prawns in two batches with oil until golden on each side, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
  • Keep the dressing from the salad mix packet aside. Toss the salad mix, cucumber, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Arrange the salad in individual bowls. Place the prawns on top, then generously drizzle the dressing over. Serve alongside some fresh bread.
